Non-California Resident

Non-resident (out-of-state) Tuolumne County CCW
California's current statutory framework provides a pathway for qualified non-California residents to apply for a California CCW license, and the Tuolumne County Sheriff's online application system includes a Non-Resident (Out-of-State) CCW Application. You do not have to be a Tuolumne County resident to use that application type.
