California residents and qualifying out-of-state applicants are handled differently, and some issuing authorities publish different procedures for each.

Some jurisdictions we serve are supported through our U.S. LawShield affiliate program, while Riverside County, San Bernardino County and our 19 supported Los Angeles County jurisdictions are served through the John Galletta training partnership.
